How can I log in to the Core Portal?
You can log in at Portal using your business email address and corresponding password.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click Forgot password on the login screen or go directly to Password reset.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How can I change my account details?
You can submit a change request via this link. It will go directly to the back office of The Chesterfield Brand, who will process the changes as quickly as possible.
How can I request an account for the Core Portal?

Can I create multiple users for my company?
No, you cannot create additional users for the Core Portal.
Ordering and Stock
How do I place an order?
You can easily select products via our online catalogue. You can find it by clicking on ‘B2B Shop - View all’ in the menu or via this direct link: Catalogue.
Once you’ve found the desired item, enter the quantity – the product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
When your order is complete, go to your cart, click ‘Checkout’ and then ‘Confirm order’.
Your order will be placed, and you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Can I reorder a previous order?
Yes, under the ‘Orders’ menu, you can view previous orders and reorder with a single click.
How can I see if a product is in stock?
Each product shows whether there is sufficient stock:
> 10 means it is well in stock,
< 10 means limited availability.
When you enter the desired quantity, the field will turn green or orange:

Green means the item is in stock.

Orange means the item is not (fully) in stock and will be placed on backorder. This will also be clearly indicated on the screen.
Can I place backorders for products that are out of stock?
Yes, you can also order items that are temporarily out of stock. These will be delivered automatically as soon as they become available.
How can I import an order?
Via the following link you can import an order:

First, download the file “Comma-separated values based on SKU (.csv)”, enter the item numbers and quantities, and save the file.
Then select “Bestand kiezen” and click on “Import”. You can then place the order via your shopping cart.
Product Information and Downloads
Where can I find product images?
Under the 'More' section in the menu, you’ll find the 'Downloads' option. Here you can access various files such as catalogues, product information, and marketing materials. Of course, you can also use this direct link: Downloads
Can I download a price list?
No, you cannot download a price list. However, you can download the Master Data List with the general prices.
How do I know which products are new or discontinued?
The new products are listed in a separate overview. Items that are being discontinued can be found by using the ‘Sale’ filter.
Are marketing materials available (e.g. banners, photos, flyers)?
Yes, we offer a variety of marketing materials via the portal under the ‘More’ section and then ‘Downloads’. You can also order them through the ‘Collection’ menu by filtering on ‘Promotional Items’. Of course, you can also use this direct link: Promotional Items.
Where can I find the EAN codes of the items?
The EAN codes are listed with each item in the product details and in the Master Data List that you can download.
Can I download the photos when I place the order in my shopping cart?
When you are in your shopping cart, you can choose Images via Actions (shown in the header). A zip file will then be created. This file will appear in the top right of the screen and can also be found in your Downloads folder.
Can I download a stock list
You can download a stock list via More > Stock export > Download. This file is provided as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel.
In Excel, you can use the Text to Columns function. Select Delimited and choose Comma as the delimiter to display the data neatly in columns.
Delivery and Shipping
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM, with items in stock, are generally shipped the same day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email to follow your package.
Can I request shipping information for a specific order?
After shipment, you will receive a track & trace link by email. The following morning, you will also receive the invoice by email, so you know exactly what is included per order in the shipment.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@chesterfieldbags.com or by phone at +31 (0)50 7630880. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoices are available under ‘My Account’ (at the bottom of the page or by clicking your company name at the top right) > ‘Invoices’. You can also click the following link: Invoices
Can payment be made through the portal?
It is not possible to make payments through the portal, but you can access your invoices there.
Can I see the outstanding items in 'My Invoices'?
In 'My Invoices' you will find an overview of all your invoices.
